Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made

Hearty Soup TCG cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked delivered by USPS/UPS. At the point of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility for the safety & security of the package. However, if a package is damaged or lost during shipment, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
If you believe theft may be likely, we suggest you purchase a $4 shipping upgrade that will require USPS to obtain a signature upon delivery, 100% of the $4 goes to USPS; we receive no proceeds. All orders $300 and higher will automatically have this signature upgrade at no additional cost to you.
