Like many of you, we've been victims of porch pirates on multiple occasions -- a couple years ago, someone cut open our box from the Pokemon Center and stole the Van Gogh Pikachu promo that we bought for our 7-year old son... it really sucked.

 

 

If you believe theft may be likely, we suggest you purchase a $4 shipping upgrade that will require USPS to obtain a signature upon delivery, 100% of the $4 goes to USPS; we receive no proceeds. All orders $300 and higher will automatically have this signature upgrade at no additional cost to you.

 

 

Shipping Insurance does not protect either party from theft. Insurance only applies to packages lost or damaged during shipment and becomes void once a package is marked delivered. If a package is damaged upon delivery or lost during shipment, PokeNE provides a full refund or replacement within 24 hours.
